Welcome to I AM A STAR. Here we outline our store policies and try to cover all areas of your online shopping experience. But, we probably missed something. If you have a question that isn’t answered here, contact us via our customer service webform. If you email us about a question that is answered below, we’ll still answer it. But we may give you a hard time about it. ;)
 
Shipping
 
Delivery Times.
Most orders of in-stock merchandise ship out the business day following order placement.  When we have processed your order, we will send you a confirmation email with delivery information.
 
Standard Shipping, which uses a variety of carriers, typically takes 3-7 business days for delivery. When using expedited shipping method such as UPS 3-Day or UPS Next Day, please remember that our warehouse requires one business day for order processing. Thus, expect a UPS Next Day shipment to arrive two days after the order was placed. For 3 Day, look for the package after 4 days.
 
We do not ship on weekends or on these US holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. Orders shipped via USPS will not ship on holidays observed by the US Postal Service, such as President’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, etc.

Standard Shipping, which uses a variety of carriers, typically takes 3-7 business days for delivery. If your shipping address is a PO Box or an APO/FPO address, your order will be shipped via the US Postal Service.
 
When using expedited shipping method such as UPS 2-Day or UPS Next Day, please remember that our warehouse requires one business day for order processing. Thus, expect a UPS Next Day shipment to arrive two business days after the order was placed. For 3 Day, look for the package after 4 business days. Orders shipped via UPS will not be delivered on Saturday, Sunday, or national holidays. Also, please note that UPS does not ship to PO Boxes.
 
International Standard Shipping usually takes 2-4 weeks for delivery, although these orders sometimes take longer due to delays in customs. No tracking information is available for orders shipped outside the United States. International and military orders may experience delays in shipping due to inbound and outbound processing.
 
UPS Worldwide Expedited Shipping usually takes 2-5 days for delivery, though these orders can sometimes be delayed by customs. Tracking information is available for these orders.
 
We do not offer weekend delivery. However, the US Postal Service does deliver some items on Saturdays, so if you choose Standard Shipping, your order might arrive on a Saturday with your regular mail delivery.
 
Shipping Rates.
Rates are calculated before checkout is complete, so feel free to try multiple methods for the best fit. Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstance.
 
Shipping Restrictions.
Please note that UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. No tracking is available for International Orders.
 
Orders and Payment 
 
We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. All personal info, address, email, credit card and banking details MUST be filled out correctly to ensure we can send your purchase expediently and correctly. Upon successful completion of your order, you will receive an order confirmation email from us! 
 
No item currently available on I AM A STAR is subject to sales tax.
 
Card Security Code.
If you’re paying with Visa, Mastercard or Discover, you must provide the credit card verification number in order to place your order. This is the three-digit number located on the far right side of the signature line, on the back of your card. If you cannot read this number on your card, please contact your issuing bank or financial institution. We cannot accept orders without this number.

For Alternative Apparel gear, this chart should do the trick (all I AM A STAR apparel is UNISEX).
 
Pricing 
 
Pricing. 
We reserve the right to adjust the pricing of our items at anytime, without any notice. Prices of goods and services and delivery and other charges displayed are current at the time of display. We will always try to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and pricing.

Refunds/Returns/Exchanges

Return Policy.
To return an item, an RMA number is required.  To obtain an RMA number, please contact our service team via our customer service webform.  Items in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or an exchange. Note that the shipping fee is not refundable. Please send your return with an insured courier, preferably one with a tracking number. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
 
Items in their original condition may be returned within 20 days of purchase for a full refund, less the cost of shipping. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after the 20 day period.

Exchange Policy.
I AM A STAR is not responsible for the payment of return shipping. However, if you are exchanging an item for another one, the new item will be shipped back to you for free. 
 
Further, free shipping back to you on an exchange item is only valid for the first exchange, any future swaps on the same original purchase will be solely the customers responsibility in full, you pay all forms of shipping. 
 
Refunds Policy.
If the item doesn’t fit and you would prefer a refund, we will credit your bank account via direct deposit or Pay Pal where you can withdraw the funds. A full refund of the purchase price, excluding the shipping, will be made promptly upon receiving the merchandise in the same condition in which it was shipped.
 
There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. In that case, you must file a claim with the carrier. We do not refund credit card fees. They will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.

Other Stuff

Pre-sale.
Some items are only available pre-sale. Once you’ve completed your order, they will be sent to you by the date listed on the product’s information page.
 
Privacy.
We do not resell or distribute your addresses, phone number, email address or any other personal information to anyone. Your phone number and email address will only be used if we, or the courier delivering your package, need to contact you with a question about your order.
 
Changes to our Privacy Policy.
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page. These policies were last modified on 11/21/2011.
